Real estate
A CRM for real estate where no enquiry gets lost
The enquiry comes in at three on a Saturday over WhatsApp, at dawn from the listing portal, and on Monday from the sign on the door. They all end up in the same place, with the property they asked about and the agent following it.

What changes
-
The enquiry arrives knowing which property it is about
A QR code on the sign or a link in the listing opens WhatsApp with the message already written and the property reference in it. Whoever answers knows what it is about before reading the first line.
-
Rentals and sales, each with its own path
One board to win listings and another to sell; each with the stages you actually use: viewing, offer, reservation, signing. Cards drag from one to the next and you see where the month is stalling.
-
A viewing you remind about is a viewing that happens
The viewing is booked from the conversation itself and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp the night before. If the customer replies “I cannot make it”, the reply lands in the inbox and it gets rescheduled right there — nobody drives out for nothing.
What people usually ask
Does it work if my enquiries come from listing portals?
Yes. The notifications the portal sends by email arrive in the mailbox you connect and become one more conversation, with the contact created. From there you continue however the customer prefers: if they leave a phone number, the conversation carries on over WhatsApp without losing the thread.
Can I split enquiries between agents?
Yes, by hand or automatically. And because everyone sees the same inbox, when someone is away another person picks up the conversation with the full history in front of them, without asking the group for a recap.
Can the reservation be signed without coming to the office?
Yes: the document goes out over the same WhatsApp and the customer signs from their phone, with nothing to install. There is a record of who signed, when and from where. Anything requiring a notarial deed is still the notary’s business.
