No. It works over the internet and does not guarantee reaching an emergency number or transmitting your location. Worth telling your team.
Can I record calls?
Yes, enabled per number. In much of Latin America, the United States and the European Union you must tell the other party, and sometimes ask permission: that is your organization’s responsibility.
