Pipelines

A board that shows where every deal stands

Your own stages, cards you drag from one to the next, and a nudge when something has sat still too long. No parallel spreadsheet and no asking the group how that one is going.

What changes

  • The stages are yours

One process for selling, another for after-sales, another for complaints: each with its own stages, fields and people. There is no single funnel your business has to bend into.

  • The card is born from the conversation

From the chat you create the card with the contact already filled in, and from the card you go back to the conversation. Set a channel to do it automatically and every new contact lands on the board.

  • You see where things stall

How much sits in each stage, how long it has been there, and what was won or lost. The stage where everything stops shows up on its own, without building a report.

What people usually ask

Can I have more than one board?

Yes, as many as you need. The same contact can have cards on several at once: in the sale of one product and in the complaint about another, without them mixing.

Do cards move on their own?

If you decide so. With an automation, a card can move stage when the customer replies, when a document is signed, or when three days pass with no news. It works the other way too: moving a card can trigger a message.

Does it work if I do not sell products?

Yes. A stage does not have to be a sale: it can be an enrolment, a case file, a construction quote or a patient waiting for an appointment. What it organizes is a path with steps, whatever you call it.
