A CRM for schools and academies, from enquiry to enrolment
Enrolment is decided in a few weeks a year, and most of it falls apart between “I am interested” and “I brought the paperwork”. That gap is where having the follow-up written down, instead of remembered, pays for itself.

What changes
-
The campaign ends in a record, not a spreadsheet
The enrolment form creates the contact and drops it into the first admissions stage, with the course they chose. Nobody has to copy rows from one spreadsheet to another on Monday morning.
-
The missing document asks for itself
An automation nudges whoever has not sent their paperwork after three days, on the channel where they reply. It is the reminder nobody has time to do by hand and the one that saves the most enrolments.
-
Family and student on the same record
The mother writes on WhatsApp, the father sends an email and the student asks on Instagram. All three link to the same file, so whoever answers sees the whole conversation instead of three loose versions.
What people usually ask
Does it work the same for a short course and a full degree?
Yes, with separate boards. A two-month course has three stages and resolves in a week; a degree has an interview, paperwork and an entrance exam. Each with its own stages and timing, in the same account.
Can I send notices to students already enrolled?
Yes, by email or with WhatsApp templates: a room change, a weather closure, an exam date. Since each one has their own record, you can notify a single course instead of the whole list.
What about data on minors?
They are stored like the rest, encrypted and access-controlled by role, but having the right consent is the institution’s responsibility. State it on the enrolment form and keep that acceptance with the record — which is what meruma does by default.
