Calendar
Appointments and meetings without leaving the CRM
A calendar per team, synced with the one you already use, and reminders that reach the customer where they actually read them.

Calendar
What changes
-
It syncs with Google and Microsoft
Both ways and per user: what you add in meruma shows up in your calendar, and what you add there blocks your availability here. Nobody has to check two agendas.
-
The reminder arrives where they reply
An email gets lost among forty others; a WhatsApp message gets read. The reminder goes out on the channel where you already talk, at the time you set, and if the customer replies it lands in the same inbox.
-
Who is responsible and who takes part
Every event has an owner and as many participants as needed, and stays hooked to the contact. Open a person’s record and you see what is coming and what already happened.
What people usually ask
Do I have to hand over my whole calendar?
The connection is per user and you make it yourself, with your own account; not even the tenant administrator sees your private events. You can disconnect it whenever you like and the CRM events stay where they are.
What if someone moves the appointment from their calendar?
It comes back to meruma with the change: the sync runs both ways and does not wait for someone to open the app. A reminder that has not gone out yet adjusts to the new time.
Do I have to send the reminders myself?
No. You schedule them when you create the event — a day before, two hours before, whatever you decide — and they go out on their own. If the appointment is cancelled, the reminder does not go out.
